I have been a personal trainer for 13 years and have taught yoga for 7. I love what I do because I witness clients living, feeling and looking better than they ever imagined. I aspire to make your workouts fun, challenging, rewarding and extremely efficient.

I began running when I was 12 and weight training when I was 16. I loved the sense of accomplishment I felt after a workout. After graduating from the University of WA, I left the city for the sun and the mountains of Sun Valley, Idaho where I became an avid snowboarder and rock climber. After Sun Valley I moved to Boulder, CO where my love of fitness turned into my career. I began my yoga journey at the Shambala Center in Boulder in 1997. Yoga is the perfect complement to every sport. I also love traveling, bicycling, reading, and playing scrabble. My love of animals led me to become a vegetarian but I am knowledgeable about all nutritional paths and incorporate this information into our training sessions.

I am available for private or small group personal training or yoga sessions as well as nutritional counseling.
